Q. I am using the ULPI specification in my design do I have to sign the adopters agreement?

A. No. ULPI working group doesn't require you to sign the adopters agreement however it recommends it. By signing the adopters agreement, you will get free royalty free ULPI license. If your organization chooses not to sign the adopters agreement, you may expose yourself to IP infringement litigation from ULPI Working Group Members

Q. I have signed the agreement and sent it to the address, when will I get the signed agreement back?

A. The signed agreements are sent in batches, therefore it may take up to three months to get your agreement back. Sometimes we get agreements that are handwritten and it is not possible to understand the return name and address, therefore, please always include a business card for return name and address.
